One More Thing...
Oh yeah ... I forgot to tell you. We bought a new house last week! We got an amazing deal on a great house in a great neighborhood with lots of kids and young families. We are under contract right now and will close at the end of February. I can hardly sleep at night thinking about what colors I want to paint each room. We're so excited!

Congrats to you on your new house, can't wait to see pictures. Tanner is adorable as always. You'll have to have entire rooms in your new house for TOYS! It is amazing how much they accumulate and it looks like Tanner is just at the right age to begin! Congrats to your sister on her engagement. How exciting!
How exciting! I am so happy that you found a home in a place so close to both of your families (compared to CO, that is). I am coming to downtown Chicago in February- I wonder how far you are??? Oh, and Tanner is ADORABLE!!!!
