Book Review

I've been meaning to recommend this book for a few weeks, but just haven't gotten around to posting about it.

I was home in Michigan a few weeks ago for my little sister's wedding shower and needed a book to read on the plane ride home. My mom lent me A Tree Grows in Brooklyn by Betty Smith. I have seen this in the bookstore a few times but dismissed it as one of those classics that was probably depressing and hard to get through. However, once I started reading it I LOVED IT!! It was SUCH a fun book to read and I just fell in love with the main character, Francie Nolan. If you are looking for a good book to read, I would strongly recommend it! It is the best one I've read in a LONG time and I have been reading a lot lately!
